Dear members, you are invited to join our Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 2025, followed by lunch at The Royal Leichhardt Hotel. We will serve alcohol-free refreshments during the meeting. The SCNSW's financials, memberships, and general business for 2024-2025 will be discussed. This will be a great opportunity to voice your opinion about matters relating to you, your Club, and the Swiss community in NSW.

We look forward to seeing you there, but if you are unable to attend, we would appreciate it if you would complete our 2025 Appointment of Proxy Form. Please ensure you read the 2024 AGM Minutes and the 2024-25 Financial Report before the meeting.

When: Sunday, 22 June from 10:30 for the 11:00 meeting, to noon, followed by lunch.

Where: The Royal Leichhardt Hotel, 156 Norton St, Leichhardt NSW 2040.

Cost: AGM free. Lunch and beverages are to be purchased on an individual basis.
